Finding her own transformation at 250 pounds

Today on the show is Sheena Jones.

Just a few years ago, she was a mom of four trying to lose weight, but with tenacity, she built up a following as she lost the weight at a high of 250 pounds. 

Now, she looks stunning and has a strong social media presence and has a very profitable online personal training business. She has high ticket clients of $750 a month and general coaching clients from $150 to $250 a month. Oh, and she also has digital products that she sells daily.

Our guest today is Tim Drummond. He went from being a Futures Trader to a personal trainer, and quickly honed his skills to be able to charge as much as $3,000 a month for his transformation programs.

Because of his success with training Top Executives and even celebrities, he went on to become a best-selling author and one of his books which is called Coach to the A-list.

Tim, using his behavioral change techniques, eventually transitioned his personal training business online while still charging $3,000 to $4,000 a month and was still able to see radical transformations in his clients.

Because of the results he was able to get and his passion for coaching, he’s transitioned his business yet again, and now coaches other personal trainers to build financially successful online businesses.

Our guest today is Andrew Read, located in Australia. He’s a veteran personal trainer, author, lecturer for a functional movement system and an ironman triathlete

However today, I’m interviewing him about his successful online fitness business. We’re breaking up his in-depth interview where he shares all of his secrets into three parts. 

The first part is gonna be about his physical gym, his success and his struggles as he tries to make it work. In addition, we go into how he’s making $250,000 gross sales online with no employees with an average of 50 clients per month. 

In the second and third parts of this interview that we’ll release in the next two episodes, Andrew will go into more depth how he sets up his programs for accountability, how he does his training programs so it doesn’t take him that much time, how he still addresses fitness, what types of apps he uses and the super innovative way he does his fitness challenge to get all of his challengers super psyched and feeling like they’re part of a huge community, even though they’re all online in different parts of the world.

Today on the show is Jordan Berry, the owner of Kaizen Fitness, a New Zealand based personal training company, and host of the Kaizen Fitness Show, a podcast that interviews top athletes and health experts. 

At only 21 he’s built up a successful personal training business with two trainers and a massage therapist. What’s interesting is that he’s built up a successful business without having his own gym space. He and his trainers actually train out of other fitness gyms. 

This is a great low risk and low cost business model for any trainer to use to initially expand their business. The challenge with these businesses is it’s not so easy to find top-notch trainers and keep them. What’s amazing about what Jordan has done is through community events, training programs for his trainers, ongoing support, and even a podcast

In the second part of this two-part interview, Jordan shares the small but hugely impactful things he does with his trainers and his customers to create a sense of a broader brand, community and support without having a central fitness studio.

This is part three of my three-part interview with Kristian Leach. He initially set out to be a teacher, but soon fell in love with personal training. 

He started in a big box gym, like a lot of us. And then he found his way in leasing space and doing online training. He makes, I would guess, about six figures and he can customize his schedule around his young family. 

What’s interesting about Christian is that he’s found success really quickly as a personal trainer, which we all know isn’t actually that easy. 

He actually grew his online business to having too many clients and all with free Facebook marketing. In addition, in this three-part interview series with him, we find out not only how he has found success in his career, but how he’s made it work for his family life and who he is as a person.
